With the continuous expansion of urban scale and the development of economy,the level of urbanization is increasing,and the problems of urban construction and urban planning are becoming more and more obvious,among which the layout and planning of municipal pipeline is particularly prominent.The urban drainage and culvert contains a large amount of domestic waste and sewage,which leads to a large amount of accumulation in the urban drainage and culvert.The waste and sewage are decomposed by microorganism and released out of methane and corrosive gases,and in the drainage culvert.At the same time,the city's oil and gas pipelines are basically buried underground,and the sewerage pipes are interconnected with each other.Once these pipes leak,oil and gas will probably enter the drain culvert directly.Once the leakage of gas and methane gas mixture in the drainage and culvert,the explosion will cause life threats and property losses to the nearby residents,and it also poses a great threat to the public safety of the whole city.The research content of this topic comes from the National Natural Science Foundation,"the explosion mechanism and prevention of gas mixture in urban drainage and culvert"(51474151),which is one of its sub topics.The effects of ignition energy,ignition delay time and initial ambient temperature on the explosion characteristics of oil and gas mixture are studied,and the influence of water vapor on the above factors is studied.The main reference indexes are the maximum explosion pressure,the maximum explosion pressure rising rate and the maximum explosion pressure time.The experiment was carried out in the 20L explosion spherical tank.The experimental supplies were 92#gasoline and pure methane.The main conclusions of this subject are as follows:(1)when other conditions do not change,the addition of water will inhibit the explosion of oil and gas mixture.In addition,water has a certain effect on different ignition delay time,different ignition energy and different initial ambient temperature.(2)ignition delay time has a very significant effect on the explosion effect of oil and gas mixture.The maximum explosion pressure and the maximum explosion pressure rise rate of the mixture will decrease when the time of the best ignition delay exists,no matter whether it continues to decrease or increase the ignition delay time.The addition of this external water will cause the best ignition delay time to move forward.(3)the change of ignition energy will have a significant effect on the explosion of oil and gas mixture.With the increase of ignition energy,the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum explosion pressure of the gas mixture increase gradually,and the maximum explosion pressure time is gradually shortened.And the effect of different levels of ignition energy on the explosion of oil and gas mixture is different.(4)the initial ambient temperature has a more obvious influence on the maximum pressure and the maximum explosion pressure time of the gas mixture explosion,but it has a weak influence on the maximum explosion pressure rising rate.There is an inverse proportion.
