| Along with the rapid development of oil industry,an increasing number of oil spill and oil wastewater arise at the same time,which have caused severe environmental concerns and human survival.Traditional oil-water separation materials are mainly porous adsorbent materials,however,these materials have the drawbacks of poor absorption capacity,non-selective oil-water absorption and difficulty of oil recycling,which can not meet the efficient and eco-friendly oil-water separation requirement.Materials with special wettability,such as superhydrophobic and superoleophilic materials,are a hot research of oil-water separation material in recent years.In this paper,based on the wettability of material surface,superhydrophobic and superoleophilic materials with micro-nano composite structure were prepared for oil-water separation by spraying.The main contents can be summarized as the following:(1)We report a one-step spraying approach to fabricate fluorinated ethylene propylene(FEP)/polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/ultrafine polyurethane(UPU)/hydrophobic nanosilica(HSi O2)-decorated nickel foam coating.In order to enlarge the scale of oil and water separation,we establishe a continuous in-situ collection apparatusby external pumping on 3D nickel foam box.(2)The practical value of FPUH composite coating is further explored.The 3D nickel foam box with 10 %UPU has better stability hydrophobicity after 7 days of continuous separation and treatment in the solution of p H=1-14 than others.At 0 ℃,60 ℃,and UV,the superhydrophobic angle in one week is almost unchanged.The coating is prepared on textile,stainless steel mesh and foam nickel respectively,and the hydrophobicity,flow volume,total oil absorption and separation efficiency are explored.Notablely,after a simple heat treatment,the fabricated 3D nickel foam coating could be refreshed from the damaged surface to superhydrophobic many times.(3)The superhydrophobic/superhydrophobic nickel foam material is prepared by using the foam nickel mesh as the base material,and polyester modified resin(PMSR),silicone rubber(SR)and ultrafine polyurethane(UPU)as raw materials.The material is designed to be a kind of oil and water separator with continuous oil and water separation under the assistance of pump,which can achieve the ideal effect on the separation of oil and water from corn oil,dichloromethane and petroleum.The material is repeatedly soaked in clay/water mixture and soil/water mixture,and the material is not contaminated,indicating that the material has goodself-cleaning property.The Tafel plots in the 3.5 wt.% Na Cl solution indicate that the fabricated material possesses excellent corrosion resistance. |
