| Zirconium based amorphous alloy is a new kind of alloy with excellent performance and widely applied foreground.It has become one of the most popular alloy series in the field of materials.At present,the development of Zr-base amorphous alloy materials relies mainly on experience.Since Zr-base amorphous alloy involves a large number of elemental components and the system is complex,it is difficult to develop a new Zr-base amorphous material by an empirical method,and it will take a lot of human resources and raw material.Therefore,it is of great application value and theoretical significance to.predict the formation ability of Zr-base amorphous alloy by a theoretical method.Subregular Model which is based on the Miedema model is used to calculate the formation enthalpy of the high amorphous alloy and to predicting the formation area of amorphous alloy.Through systematic study to Zr-based,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Zr-TM(TM = Sc,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni and Cu)Binary alloy series,when TM = Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni and Cu,it is can form amorphous alloy,These alloys(Zr-I A、Zr-IIA、Zr-RE(RE=Gd、La、Lu、Nd))Can not form amorphous alloy.2.Zr0.6 Ni(0.4-x)TMx alloy series can form amorphous alloys,When the addition element is TM = Fe,Cr,Cu,Sc,Ti and V,the amorphous formation ability of the alloy is weakened.3.Zr-Al-TM,Zr-Al-Ni-TM,Zr-Al-Ni-Cu-TM alloy series,when TM = Fe,Cr,Cu,Sc,Ti,V and Co,the amorphous forming area of alloy is the whole composition range.When TM = Sc,Ti,the amorphous forming area of alloy is not the whole composition range,and the forming area is close to the rich aluminum side. |
