| Block Du 212 of Liaohe oilfield belongs to the earlier production block.After years of oil and gas exploitation,there are more low production wells and more shut down wells.Peripheral pipeline construction,road construction has been improved,it is difficult to change.Coupled with the difficulty of land acquisition in the well site,it is urgent to make use of the innovative technology of the two exploration and development of the old well location.Therefore,the technology of windowing in cluster wells is carried out in Liaohe Oilfield.The research shows that: well location optimization is based on reservoir geological characteristics,reservoir characteristics and well engineering data analysis.Calculation of window opening position and window opening mode according to casing damage degree and late directional length Optimization of drilling assembly,optimization of drilling parameters and calculation of friction of drilling tools are favorable for later well trajectory control.A reasonable wellbore trajectory is calculated through mathematical modeling under the premise of ensuring that the obstacle is avoided.The core of the technology is that each research part needs to be closely linked.It is a comprehensive technical research.On this basis,we completed the research on windowing technology of cluster well group and successfully applied in Du 212-AH1 well. |
