Gas well fluid accumulation is the main problem restricting gas well production,and drainage gas recovery is an effective way to solve this problem.The existing drainage and gas recovery technology generally has many problems such as large investment in equipment,complex process and unstable effect.In this study,based on the method of swirl atomization and drainage for gas well production in the early stage of gas well production,a swirl atomization device for gas well drainage in gas well is designed,which can be used to complete drainage and gas recovery by formation energy.The atomizing device is mainly composed of a fishing head,an atomizing nozzle structure,a leather bowl sealing structure and a slip anchor structure.The salvage head can achieve the salvage of the device,and the atomizing nozzle structure can achieve the purpose of atomization drainage and gas extraction through the jet of the nozzle.Moreover,the nozzle can realize the adjustment of the nozzle section,thus ensuring the stable atomization effect of the device in different bottomhole environment;the skin bowl sealing structure can be achieved.The nozzle interface is separated from the bottom of the well,thus avoiding the influence of the space gap flow on the atomization effect.The kava kava structure can make the device fixed in the predetermined position according to the condition of the downhole surface,thus realizing the adjustable downhole working position of the atomizing device.The effect of atomization is studied by numerical simulation analysis,and the flow characteristics of the device under the conditions of different bottom hole flow,bottom hole pressure and gas to liquid ratio are studied.Then,the method of combining the theoretical analysis,the numerical simulation and the indoor test is used to analyze the sealing process of the skin bowl and the process of the kava card fixing respectively.The feasibility of the seal of the skin bowl is verified,and the size of the anchoring force and the corresponding weight setting required for the nebulization device in the actual working process are also verified.The structure of the downhole drainage gas flow atomization device is simple,without additional power,the atomization effect is stable,and the drainage and gas production process is greatly simplified.It is suitable for the production of drainage and gas production under different well diameter,different well depth and different pressure.It can improve the efficiency of gas well mining,save the cost of gas production,and have high practical value.
