Iron-based amorphous coating is a non-crystalline structure of the new metal materials.Iron-based amorphous coating has been of much concerned,because of its physical,chemical and other aspects of performance are extremely excellent,since its inception.In this paper,the electrochemical corrosion test of iron-based amorphous coating in saturated CO2 sodium chloride solution was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)Corrosion behavior,and the influence of different Cl-concentration and different temperature on the corrosion behavior of Fe-based amorphous coating was analyzed,and through the high temperature and high pressure reactor to add a deep buried environment temperature and high pressure when the corrosion behavior test.The corrosion products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)to evaluate the corrosion resistance and discuss the corrosion mechanism.The results show that the Fe-based amorphous coating exhibits a clear passivation behavior in saturated CO2 sodium chloride solution,and the passivation current density varies with the Cl-concentration and temperature.When the Cl-concentration increases,The passivation current density increases linearly and increases at 80℃,when the temperature of the medium increases,and the passivation current density increases linearly at 80℃ value.The results of scanning electron microscopy and spectrometer analysis reflect that the main factor affecting this phenomenon is the degree of surface layer relaxation is different.Iron-based amorphous coating,316 L,Cr13 and N80 four kinds of corrosion rate of the relationship is (?)非晶涂层<(?)316L<(?)Cr13<(?)N80,between the size of the iron-based amorphous coating corrosion resistance is much better than Cr13 and 316 L stainless steel.Although the cost is higher than Cr13 stainless steel,slightly lower than 316 L stainless steel,but the comprehensive consideration of its application performance and economy,still better than the other two,it can be used for serious CO2 corrosion in the main gathering pipeline.
