Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Internal Audit Of A Petroleum Company

Our internal audit work,which is one of the important parts of the market economy to improve the structure of corporate governance,is an important way to increase internal control and improve the management of the business.In the 1950 s the internal audit has been the rapid development of the west,in the development of internal audit,the excellent enterprise internal audit in western countries,there are many successful experience is worth learning.Internal audit in China starts late,even though nearly 20 years,the development of internal audit in our country has made some achievements,but compared with foreign excellent enterprise internal audit,internal audit in our country there is a larger gap in many ways,therefore,further study of the main problems of internal audit in our country,puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem,improve the level of internal audit in our country,have important practical significance.The research object of this paper is A petroleum company,and A petroleum company is the largest oil enterprise under CP oil company.Therefore,the internal audit management model of A petroleum company is somewhat representative.The research on the development and current situation of the internal audit of the company can reflect the current situation of the internal audit development of China’s state-owned enterprises.This paper introduces the basic situation of A petroleum company and the development of internal audit work.On the basis of analyzing the operating characteristics of A petroleum company,this paper finds out the problems in the operation of internal audit work,and analyzes the causes of the problems,so as to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions suitable for the healthy development of internal audit of A petroleum company in terms of the establishment mode,the number and knowledge structure,the efficiency of internal audit work,the quality management of internal audit,and the application of internal audit results.It is expected that the research in this paper will be A petroleum company guiding role for the improvement of the audit level of an oil corporation and other large state-owned enterprises.
