Angular contact ball bearing has high carrying capacity good rigidity High speed performance is good Simple and compact structure,can meet the requirements of spindle machining when high speed and high precision high efficiency,has been widely used in the electric spindle In practice,speed rotary accuracy of angular contact ball bearings at the exit of high-speed centrifugal force and gyroscopic moment bearing lubrication and pre-tightening cyclic contact stress and friction torque will affect the bearing stiffness and fatigue life of the dynamic performance of precision,serious when will cause bearing failure.Firstly,based on the model 7008 C numerical control machine tool spindle angular contact ball bearing as the research object,the structural parameters of bearing are analyzed,and the basic theory of rolling bearing is introduced.At the same time,the fatigue life analysis method of bearing is introduced,which provides the basis for the bearing's contact stress and fatigue life analysis.Second,based on Hertz contact theory,the ngle contact ball bearing contact stress and fatigue life is analyzed,at the same time analysis the related factors influencing the fatigue life of bearing,including bearing operating temperature of the material surface characteristics of the surface treatment process clearance load and rotating speed,etc.Finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench stress angular contact ball bearing was analyzed through the establishment of statics model,to solve the bearing of Mises equivalent stress inside and outside the circle of maximum contact stress and displacement distribution,analysis of rolling element number inside and outside the initial contact Angle roll gap the change of the structure parameters such as coefficient of curvature radius on the influence law of stress distribution,according to the laws of the effect to optimize the initial model established by using the technology of sub models in the software of ANSYS Workbench bearing local model,through the elaboration of rolling element and raceway contact position grid,accurate solution of Mises equivalent stress and contact stress distribution law of inner ring analysis of bearing raceway fatigue damage that may occur the first location,and analyze the reason,by changing the hardening of the hardening layer depth and elastic modulus,change the depth of hardening layer and hardness of bearing stress distribution rule:the influence of equivalent stress and the maximum contact stress is proportional to the depth of hardening layer and the elastic modulus,the depth of hardening phase at the same time,increase the modulus of elasticity,equivalent stress and the maximum contact stress will also increase;at the same time,increasing the depth of hardening,the equivalent stress and maximum contact stress will also increase.Finally,the fatigue analysis software Fe-safe angle contact ball bearing fatigue life analysis to determine the bearing material fatigue performance numerical parameters related to fatigue stress concentration coefficient algorithm,get the bearing raceway hardness and depth of hardening layer change on the influence law of bearing life,analysis results show that the raceway hardening treatment can improve the fatigue life of angular contact ball bearings,the bearing raceway in practical production is given the advice of the hardening treatment,the final summary put forward effective measures to improve the fatigue life of angular contact ball bearing.
