The Influence Of The Disturbance Effect Of Deep Mine Coal And Rock Roadway Nearby Laws And Supporting Technology Research

Based on the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation analysis and field industrial test method,studied the disturbance effect of deep mine roadway roadway adjacent to roadway stability,the influence of original reveals two roadways under the different spacing and different distribution of the influence law of roadway disturbance effect,puts forward the control disturbance effect of roadway surrounding rock stability control technology,and is verified in the industrial test.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)through the roadway surrounding rock creep theory,analyzes the adjacent tunnel effect and mechanism of roadway disturbance conditions,the disturbance effect for roadway in deep mine,the roadway adjacent tunnels is widespread,and the disturbance effect is an important factor affecting the stability of existing tunnel.(2)the use numerical simulation experiment reveals the relative location of two tunnels is different and the effect of different excavation sequence on the roadway disturbance characteristics.When two adjacent tunnels in the same horizontal plane for roadway disturbance effect than when two adjacent tunnels in the same vertical surface,two roadways is inclined to the layout of roadway disturbance effect than roadway are up and down the two small;First two tunnels excavation roadway,the lower roadway roadway disturbance effect is smaller.(3)using the numerical simulation analysis under different buried depth,distance between two tunnels is different the influence law of the disturbance effect on the roadway.The finite element software ABAQUS to buried depth in-470m,respectively-906m numerical analysis of two adjacent tunnels,analyzes the distance between two tunnels to 10 m,20 m,30 m and 40 m and 50 m five kinds of situations.Analysis results show that when the roadway is located in the shallow roadway under the condition of the disturbance effect is not obvious,when the distance between two tunnels after reaching 30 m is negligible;And under the condition of-906m depth,neighboring roadway roadway is large,the influence of the disturbance effect even if the distance between two lane up to 50 m,a new roadway drivage may cause damage to the stability of the existing tunnel.(4)put forward the tent leg with the reinforced arch combination supporting scheme combined bolting and shotcrete mesh reinforcement of roadway reinforcing supporting plan,through industrial test,by means of the reinforcing supporting of roadway and effective control of the disturbance effect on the impact of roadway to ensure the stability of the roadway original.
