A series of borehole operation can be used by coiled tubing.At present,there are extensive application on coiled tubing in all aspect of fields,such as completion,testing,oil recovery,well treatment and gathering and transportation.In various range of applications of coiled tubing fields,the applications of coiled tubing drilling technology is relatively narrow in China now,the major reason is that,there are also some drawbacks in aspects of coiled tubing drilling tools,the effect of that directly determines the application prospect of coiled tubing in drilling.Therefore,this paper design down-hole tools with matching coiled tubing: the horizontal well with double-acting supercharging tool,which can resolve not only high friction,but also the difficulty of bit weight;imposed of coiled tubing in horizontal wells,in the meantime,the friction resistance of continuous tubing in horizontal well can be reduced,it can improve the drilling efficiency of continuous tubing horizontal wells.Firstly,the paper analyze the working mechanisms of existing hydraulic oscillating drag reduction tools and hydraulic pressurizers,based on making three liquid cylinders simultaneously applied inside the tools move with the pressure differential,so that the upper two liquid cylinders can realize vibration reduction,which makes the effect of hydraulic inflating.Secondly,making the engineering drawing and assembly drawing of every part of the double-acting supercharging tool with Solidworks2010 software.In addition,Ansys Workbench,which performing the static analysis of the tool cylinder,as well as,based on the Motion plug-in of the Solidworks2010,that makes the motion simulation of tool motion animation is carried out.Finally,will drive spindle in the hydraulic pressure part to reach terminal of the coiled tubing string forward stroke length used time and time as a cycle,the sum of double-acting supercharging tool in the weekly period effects were analyzed,and concluded that coiled tubing double-acting pressurization tools mechanical drilling rate increased by 50.01%,draw a conclusion of the effect of double acting pressurization tools with using the method of contrastive analysis.
