The small layer of No.10 in the Fuyu oil layer of Block H is a typical low-porosity and ultra-low-permeability reservoir. The small-scale layer uses horizontal wells to perform oil production and water injection experiments. It does not show the advantages of horizontal wells for oil production and water injection. This project is aimed at the actual development of Block H.It comprehensively analyzes the superiority of the development of horizontal wells and the problems existing in the deployment of horizontal well patterns, and conducts indoor experiments to study the starting pressure after fracturing, the percolation curve,pressure-sensitive and productivity changes. The law of seepage after fracturing in tight oil reservoirs was obtained.Based on this, the well pattern, fracture parameters, energy supplementation methods, and development index were studied. The results of the study indicate that water flooding efficiency of the bushing completion with crack is slightly higher than that of the open hole model. In the H block, the optimal horizontal length of horizontal-well injection and horizontal-well production in five-point method is 900-1000 m,the best horizontal length of the water injection well is 500 m,the best crack length is 150 m,and the best flow conductivity is 50 D.cm.The number of good sections is 15 sections, the well spacing is 200-350 m,and the row spacing is 300-350 m.Synchronous water-flooding development is better than delayed water-flooding and the worse the late water-flooding development,low-permeability reservoirs should be developed as soon as possible.
