Food waste is the waste produced in life,and the urbanization causes kitchen waste.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign processing technology of food waste,the basic parameters of food waste were preliminarily determined by analyzing the source and characteristics of food waste in the target city.According to the characteristics of food waste in the target city,the process is compared and selected,and the comprehensive treatment technology of "pretreatment + anaerobic fermentation" is determined.Meanwhile,the preliminary design of civil engineering,electrical and fire protection is carried out.The main process units include preprocessing units,anaerobic fermentation units and follow-up measures.This paper focuses on the optimization of anaerobic fermentation reactor.Through the calculation of the kinetics of anaerobic fermentation reaction and the flow characteristics of the reactor,the optimization scheme is proposed.This method is of great significance to the application of large medium temperature and medium temperature total mixed anaerobic reactor in the treatment of kitchen waste in small and medium cities.The design task is affected by basic data and time.The preliminary design and partial construction design have been completed.The design depth needs further strengthening.The waste resource from the project needs further research. |
