Research On Urban Ecological Civilization Construction Based On Collaborative Governance

As the main living area for residents,the city hosts many social factors such as politics,economy,and culture.Ecologically-civilized cities are a benign urban state where the development of society,residents,and the natural environment is coordinated.When planning urban development patterns,we should comply with the requirements of the times and regard ecological civilization as an important indicator of planning.Since the eighteenth congress,the party central committee with comrade xi as the core of ecological civilization construction and ecological environment protection is put forward a series of new thoughts new claims requirements,is the 19 th congress pointed out that to improve the living environment,the construction of five one of the social structure.Urban ecological civilization construction is a complicated project,need a lot of system coordination,urban ecological environment and contains a lot of small systems,the stability of the environment requires the coordination between the small system,urban ecological civilization construction is to make various interest groups in the city together with each other,the common social affairs and ecological civilization.Xuchang as a central region,from the "Northern Dry City" to "North Water City," achieved a historic breakthrough,providing a reference for the solution of urban ecological problems in China’s central and western regions of the realistic path.In the construction of urban ecological civilization,Xuchang took water control as the main body,and water brought along urban ecological changes.Water ecological civilization gradually transformed into urban ecological civilization.This article takes the construction of ecological civilization in Xuchang as an example,summarizes the governance model of Xuchang in the process of urban ecological civilization construction,and extracts the governance experience and model worthy of promotion.And to explore Xuchang’s problems in the construction of urban ecological civilization and the reasons for this.Firstly,it summarizes the background and significance of this topic selection,analyzes the background of the construction of urban ecological civilization in Xuchang,summarizes domestic and foreign related literature,and conducts more in-depth research on this topic.Second,it discusses the theory of collaborative governance.Relevant concepts are introduced;again,taking the construction of urban ecological civilization in Xuchang as an example,the basic situation and governance model of urban ecological civilization construction based on collaborative governance in Xuchang are studied and discussed,and the feasible reasons and construction significance are analyzed,and the ecology can be carried out in Xuchang.Analyze the advantages of civilized construction,and summarize experience of its governance model,and then form a feasible experience that can be shared and shared;then,summarize and analyze the problems existing in the construction of urban ecological civilization based on the collaborative governance model in Xuchang.Possible reasons;Finally,several optimization paths and improvement countermeasures were proposed for the construction of urban ecological civilization.
