Coal is a strategic energy composition and basic raw material in China.With the rapid decline in the growth rate of coal demand and the continuous increase of import volume,the contradiction of coal capacity overcapacity in China is becoming more and more prominent.H group is an energy group based on electric power industry.In the past,a batch of own coal,power plants,ports and shipping companies have been set up in response to the national call,but as China's economy enters a new normal state,H energy group is facing the problem of excess resources.On the other hand,the distribution of coal resources in China is uneven,the node of coal logistics network is more and the line is long.How to optimize the nodes and transport lines in the coal logistics network is the key to reduce the cost of coal logistics network.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization of the Group H coal logistics network,and optimizes the resource points and modes of transportation in the logistics network.First of all,combined with the background and significance of the research,the paper puts forward the contents and roadmap of the thesis.Secondly,it reviews the theory of coal logistics network and resource integration,as well as the research status of coal transportation,coal logistics network optimization and coal resources integration,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the paper.Through the detailed analysis of the current situation and problems of the coal logistics network of H group,in view of the overcapacity of the coal mine in the group and the surplus of the group strategic asset shipping company,it is unable to take the profit and loss of the company,and to the logistics nodes including the coal mine,the power plant,the port and the shipping company,the railway and the ocean shipping.The coal logistics network composed of two transportation corridors is optimized.In this paper,.a multi period mixed integer programming model with multiple production areas,multi demand areas and multiple transportation modes is established.In order to maximize the overall profit of the group,the model not only considers the choice of coal resources and shipping resources,but also takes into account the actual situation of the different shareholding ratio of the group to the subsidiaries,and finally realizes the optimization of the coal logistics network of the group through the selection of the resource points and transportation modes in the coal logistics network.At the end of the paper,the validity of the model and algorithm is verified by the example of H group.It not only provides a reference to the power plant,but also provides a reference system for the integration of the low quality and low efficiency resources in the group.It improves the overall profit of the group and provides a reference and support for the optimization of the coal logistics network of the H group.This paper has 20 figures,23 tables and 58 references.
