With the rapid development of urbanization in China,urban high-rise buildings are constantly refreshed,construction waste is increasing,and the comprehensive utilization of urban construction waste has gradually become the development trend.The disposal methods of landfill are developing in the way of crushing on the spot,separating on the spot and making bricks on the spot.However,due to the increase of old housing demolition,backward technology,resource awareness is weak,resulting in environmental destruction and waste of resources.In order to explore a new path of renewable resources utilization,it is necessary to take the evaluation model of construction waste resource as the research object,and use the theory and method of analysis and evaluation system.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to find the key factors of resource allocation model and establish a qualitative and quantitative evaluation model of construction waste recycling mode.First of all,this paper comprehensively discusses the current research status of domestic and foreign construction waste resources,and makes a comparative analysis based on relevant research results,and draws up the scope of this study to evaluate the model of construction waste recycling.Through the analysis of sustainable development theory,rough set theory and extension comprehensive evaluation theory,the paper finally defines the connotation of construction waste recycling.On the basis of satisfying the design principle of comprehensive evaluation index system,combined with the characteristics of construction waste,the technical indicators such as technical risk,economic benefit and environmental benefit are preliminarily determined by using the theory of sustainable development.Then,by using the method of expert investigation,the paper analyzes the actual survey data,identifies and extracts 44 key factors and 10 evaluation objects that affect the construction waste recycling.Based on the above key factors and evaluation objects,this paper establishes the evaluation index system and evaluation grade.Secondly,this paper also studies the construction process of evaluation model of construction waste recycling mode.Based on the evaluation index system of the construction waste recycling model,this paper analyzes the limitations and feasibility of the traditional evaluation method,and finally uses the extension comprehensive rating method to establish the evaluation model of the resource-based model.At the same time,the advantage of rough set theory for data reduction and weight determination can be used to optimize data deletion redundant data and achieve scientific and efficient purposes.In addition,the extension comprehensive evaluation meta method is inclusive and logical,and is not limited by dimension.It can be a qualitative index or a quantitative index,and the analysis results are scientific and reasonable.Finally,this paper uses the case evaluation method to analyze the various resource models,and uses the proposed research ideas and calculation and derivation of index weight to evaluate the 10 evaluation objects.The results showed that the evaluation results matched with the actual situation,the evaluation system of scientific and reasonable index system,can help managers and supervisors to determine the mode of resource quality and provide theoretical support for construction waste recycling.
