| Endothermic cooling and charcoal insulation are the most effective ways to prevent fire.Three commonly used phase change materials,Polyethylene Glycol 6000(PEG 6000),Galacto Oligosaccharide and Mannitol,were selected in this paper,the phase transition heat absorption properties of three phase change materials in expanded foam carbon fire retardant coatings were discussed,and the mechanism of phase change heat absorption and flame retardancy of coatings with phase change materials and flame retardants was analyzed.The main conclusions obtained by the relevant research institute are as follows.The fire retardant system of expansion foam fire retardant system was tested by simulated large plate combustion method.On the basis of single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment was carried out on the flame retardant system of expansion foam.It showed that the effect of the components of the flame retardant on the fireproof system was APP>Melamine>Pentaerythritol,and the optimum ratio was APP:Melamine:Pentaerythritol =10:6:3.The thermal stability of PEG6000,oligomeric galaccharose and mannitol in the solid-liquid phase transition temperature range was studied by TG-DSC thermal analysis.It was found that the phase change material PEG 6000,oligomeric galactose and mannitol have good chemical thermal stability.Then,the analysis of phase change heat absorption and fire resistance of phase change materials in flame-retardant fire-retardant system showed that the best addition of PEG6000,oligomeric galactose and mannitol were 1%,6%and 12%respectively.When the addition of PEG6000,oligosaccharide and mannitol in the coatings are 1%,6%and 12%respectively,it is assumed that the specific heat of the coatings is consistent with water,under the same thermal radiation conditions,the PEG6000,oligosaccharide and mannitol coatings containing phase change materials are reduced by 0.4℃,1.9℃,and 6.7℃ respectively.If the specific heat of the coating is consistent with wood,the same heat radiation conditions,the PEG6000,oligomeric galactose and mannitol containing phase change materials are reduced by 1.1,4.5 and 16.3 degrees centigrade,respectively,than that of ordinary coatings.Through the analysis of the physical and chemical properties,the fireproof performance,the expansion performance and the phase change heat absorption performance of the flame retardant fireproof coating,it is found that the storage performance,fineness,dry time and dry time,adhesion,water resistance and moisture resistance of sample 4 can meet the requirements of the national standard GB12441-2005.In terms of fire resistance,the fire resistance time of sample 4 reached 1587s,and the corresponding expansion coefficient was 15.53.Sample 4 has good expansive properties,which can effectively isolate heat and prevent the spread of flame.In the phase change heat absorption performance,sample 4 can prevent temperature rise through phase change endothermic and effectively reduce the probability of fire occurrence.Especially in the coatings with phase change fireproof slurry reaching over 45%,the phase change heat absorption effect of the coatings is especially obvious.Therefore,the best addition ratio of flame retardant fire-retardant slurry added with phase change heat expansion foam is 45%,that is,sample 4 is the best.Through the TG-DSC thermal analysis of the interaction between fireproof materials and fireproof materials,it shows that phase change endothermic and fireproof system phase change endothermic and fireproof mechanism is mainly divided into phase change melting endothermic phase,foam carbon layer formation phase,and foam carbon layer breakdown phase.It is the characteristic and innovation of this research to use the phase change materials in the expansion foam fire retardant coatings to improve the fireproof performance of the coatings,to achieve the effect of "small fire self extinguishing,and slow fire". |
