With the rapid development of economy and society,coal resources have become an increasingly important strategic resource.In the process of coal mining,coal mine safety monitoring system is an important measure to ensure the safety of coal production,no matter at home or abroad.The development of this system is also highly concerned by the safety production departments and coal mining enterprises.Based on the underground sub station part of the coal mine safety monitoring system,this paper designs and develops a practical embedded sub station,including Ethernet,CAN,MODBUS and other communication methods and protocols.This paper analyzes the urgency of the current coal mine safety monitoring system in China and the importance of technological upgrading.At the same time,combined with the development history of coal mine safety system at home and abroad,we have analyzed the evolution process of data transmission and processing mode of monitoring sub station.Based on the actual project of the company,the general design requirement of the integrated access substation is given.Combined with the design demand of substation,we designed the hardware solution of substation.Aiming at the actual demand of multi access of integrated access substation,the principle and transplantation strategy of uC/OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time operation system are analyzed.The transplantation and configuration of uC/OS-II real-time operation system based on LPC1788 hardware platform is completed,and the basic multitask operation platform of substation is established.Aiming at the Ethernet communication and CAN communication needs of the sub station,we have completed the transplant of embedded TCP/IP protocol stack LWIP and finished CAN software design.It can realize TCP communication and CAN communication based on the operation system,and complete the design of server sub station parsing protocol.On the basis of TCP/IP,combined with the specific requirements of the enterprise,the application layer MODBUS TCP is specially developed for the configuration equipment,which satisfies the MODBUS communication requirement of the application layer.At the same time,we completed storage software,watchdog software and so on.According to the specific functions and modules of the substation,we have targeted function and data test.It mainly includes the building of test platform,testing of embedded multitask system,test of network communication module,MODBUS TCP test,test of CAN communication and other functions.At present,the design and development of the basic function of the sub station has been completed.The actual test is carried out by building a platform,and the actual analysis of the test results is also carried out,and the following conclusions are obtained:the system is stable,data transmission,storage and important functions have been achieved and reach the expected requirements.
