BPA isthemostrepresentativeendocrinedisruptoramongthe bisphenols analogues and it is one of the most used products in contact materials around the world. The possibility of bisphenol A transfer from packaging materials to food has been confirmed. As substitutes for bisphenol A,bisphenol F,bisphenol S and bisphenol AF have also been proved to be anti-androgen compounds in recent years.Traditional analyst usually use the method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)or high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)to detect bisphenol A and its analogues for qualitation and quantification in food packaging material. The advantages of these two methods are high sensitivity, and accurately. However, these methods are time consuming and need sample pretreatment intricately. In addition, the mobile phase needs a large number of organic reagents. As a result,no matter from the perspective of economic and environmental protection, they are not practical in the actual detection of large quantities of samples.Ambient mass spectrometry detection is a new type of analysis technique,it based on the availability of the target compound ionized under the atmospheric pressure. This technique has greatly simplified the traditional analysis method because it requires simple sample preparation process, which makes this method has the advantages of high flux and high efficiency,it fit well in today’s pursuit of large database of target compound analysis.Today ambient mass spectrometry technique is widely used in environmental monitoring, food safety and other fields.Considering the bisphenol A and its analogues are extremely toxic to environment and human, and its industrial production product is closely related to people’s lives,so to develop a detection method with high sensitivity and high efficiency is necessary. This paper had developed an analysis method which performed by ambientmassspectrometry, toobservedthebisphenolA andits analogues(bisphenol A,bisphenol A,S,bisphenol F,bisphenol AF)in food packagingmaterials.Andthequantitativeabilityofambientmass spectrometry had been discussed in this paper.Compared with the traditional detection method, the ambient mass spectrometry analysis method established in this paper has the advantages of high efficiency, easy to operate and high sensitivity. The specific contents are summarized as follows:In chapter 2,we developed an ambient mass spectrometry method for the rapid identification of bisphenol series pollutants in food packaging materials. In the negative ion mode, the ion source temperature is 100℃,spray voltage is 2.5 kV,spray volume is 10 L and extraction solvent is methanol. The detection limit of LOD was 0.10μg/mL.This method could be used for real-time detection of bisphenol series pollutants in food packaging materials in a very short period of time(1min),avoiding the complicatedpretreatmentprocessofsamples.Methodsusingthe electrospray ionization method, the high voltage was applied directly on the surface of the sample with simple treatment, and the ionized substance was detected by the spray of the extracted solution. The detection method we proposed is simple and efficient, and can be used for various kinds of pollutant detection. In chapter 3,we discussed the possibility of the further development of the ambient mass spectrometry in material quantification. In previous studies, the ambient mass spectrometry was usually used to check out some compounds, and its quantitative ability has not got the researchers’attention, this is because that it was hard to control the ion inhibition and the poor reproducibility of the detection signal. Thus,we try to add deuterium as internal standard in the process of sample testing and achieved the quantitative analysis by the signal intensity ratio of measuring material and internal standard to investigate the quantitative ability of ambient mass spectrometry.Bisphenol A and its analogues are linearly related within the range from 1.00 mg/L to 100.00 mg/L,R~2is greater than 0.99,and the detection limit is 5.00μg/mL.The results show that the ambient mass spectrometry method can only be used for semi-quantitative analysis because of the large data deviation. |
