The problem of ammonia nitrogen pollution is very serious in various water areas and lakes in China.Ammonia nitrogen concentration has a direct impact on the aquatic lives in the water,and the resulting carcinogenic substances also cause certain harmful effect on the human bodies.Real-time understanding of the concentration of ammonia in China's waters can provide a strong guarantee for the maintenance and prevention of China's water environment.Because of the late start of China's ammonia-nitrogen detection equipment and the weak foundation that a gap between the measurement accuracy and automation of the detector and foreign products.So automatic real-time ammonia nitrogen with simple measurement method,accurate measurement data and strong anti-interference ability is studied and designed.Testing equipment plays an important role in promoting the development of water quality testing equipment in China.The ammonia gas sensitive electrode method can keep away from influence of other ions and water turbidity in the water,the measurement range is wide,and the reaction waste water has the advantages of handle ability,so the system selects this method for ammonia nitrogen in the water.This paper introduces the calibration curve method,and at the same time improve ratio of solution method,greatly improving the monitoring system of ammonia nitrogen measurement accurate schedule.System with high reliability of Siemens S7-200 programmable controller as the core to complete automatic liquid,ratio of automatic PH,automatic stirring,automatic reaction,automatic measurement,automatic drainage and automatic cleaning process.The data processed by PLC is transmitted to PC equipped with Win CC configuration software using PC/PPI cable.Win CC communicates with the PLC through the OPC server,Real-time display of ammonia nitrogen detection and control system operating status,system operating parameters and ammonia nitrogen detection concentration value through the host computer Win CC configuration software,thus realizing the real-time monitoring of the ammonia nitrogen detection and control system.Through the debugging of the functions of each module of the ammonia nitrogen control system and the testing of the overall system performance,it is shown that the system is functionally reliable,the design of the system is reasonable,the accuracy is up to standard,and the anti-interference ability is stronger.Automatic detection process control process of ammonia nitrogenous and the control effect is also achieved.The obvious improvement has completed the original purpose of the design and has a certain practical value.The obvious improvement has completed the original purpose of the design and has a certain practical value.
