According to several surveys,China’s current tobacco use rate is in a state of sustained growth.To prevent tobacco products from causing devastating damage to future generations of our country,cigarette packaging designed for young people in order to achieve the purpose of controlling tobacco trends.In the past,the packaging design of cigarettes that reduced consumer’s desire for purchase was almost entirely limited to images and text.In fact,color is also a key factor influencing consumers’ desire to buy.Starting from the color design of cigarette packaging,you can also achieve the purpose of reducing the desire to buy.Therefore,this topic focuses on the color of cigarette packaging,aiming to find out the aversion of color matching for young consumers,and apply it to cigarette packaging to reduce the desire to purchase and ultimately reduce the smoking rate of young people.This thesis firstly based on the way of consumer’s emotional expression,and used passive adjectives to express emotions as research samples.It used Questionnaires,multi-dimensional analysis methods,cluster analysis methods and other methods to obtain representative negative adjectives.Secondly,the association is based on representative negative adjectives,and the images and scenes related to negative adjectives in real life are obtained.The subject color is extracted from the object or scene image using color extraction method,and 50 sets of color matching are obtained after screening.Finally,the 67 sets of color matching obtained by the two methods were combined with specific cigarette packs to design a cigarette pack without images;the cigarette packs were designed into questionnaires and youngsters were asked to choose coloraverse cigarette packs.Statistical analysis of the questionnaire data eventually resulted in 8 youngsters with aversion to aggravation and high frequency of cigarette packaging.This study uses color extraction methods and questionnaires to obtain a color that can make adolescents have aversion,and apply it to cigarette packaging.A new idea to reduce the smoking rate of young people was proposed,and an effective method was provided for the color design of cigarette packaging.
