Lean management,as an effective management model,has been expanding its application range with the development of theory and practice,and has been proved to be effective in improving the efficiency and efficiency of enterprise operations.More and more industries and enterprises have begun to attach importance to lean management.Z Company is a municipal branch of Sinopec’s sales plate.With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,it has already felt greater competitive pressure.At the same time,many competitors have demonstrated obvious competitive advantages in terms of fine management and efficiency.Under the increasing competitive pressure,Z Company expects to use lean management ideas to further optimize the management model and promote the competitiveness of its petrol stations.This paper first expounds the background,significance,current situation,main contents and methods of the research.The relevant theoretical basis has been summarized,including lean management theory,6S management theory,and TPM management theory.Through the present practice of lean management of petrol stations of Z Company,the paper analyzes the existing problems,and summarizes the related problems from the aspects of group management,equipment management,site management,customer relationship management and so on.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward the optimization and application of lean management model of petrol stations of Z company,and puts forward the optimization and application from several aspects such as group management,equipment management,site management,customer relationship management and so on.In order to solve the problem,this paper also puts forward the belief of establishing lean management at the company level,guaranteeing the resources of business process optimization,strengthening the information construction and other safeguard measures. |
