Several kinds of bismuth-based series materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method and their properties were studied.1.BiOI synthesized by hydrothermal method was characterized by scanning electron microscope?SEM?and X-ray diffraction?XRD?,and the adsorption of methyl orange and methylene blue was studied.BiOI is used to adsorb MB and MO.?1?The adsorption of MO on BiOI at 25?and 0.25 g/L reached the maximum value was 5.45 mg/g,but the removal rate was the largest at 3 g/L,35?and the removal rate was 67.76%.It is in accordance with the pseudo second-kinetic.?2?The removal rate of MB is 25?when the sample is at 25?,0.5 g/L.0.25 g/L,1 h reached the equilibrium of adsorption,and 5min reached equilibrium before other concentrations.It is in accordance with the pseudo second-kinetic equation.2.Bi2WO6 was prepared at different time and temperature,and tested by XRD,SEM and UV-diffuse reflectance visible light,and RhB was adsorbed and degraded.?1?With the increase of Bi2WO6 synthesis temperature,the adsorbability and degradability of RhB increased gradually,but the adsorption effect of the samples synthesized at 200?was the strongest,but the degradation rate was the lowest.?2?The absorbability and degradability of the samples increased gradually with the increase of synthesis time,but the degradation rate of the synthesized samples decreased at 36?for 48 h.The comprehensive analysis shows that Bi2WO6 treatment with Rhodamine B at 24 h has the best effect.The R2 of temperature series of Bi2WO6 is closer to 1,the correlation of dynamics is high.3.Core/shell p-BiOI/n-?-Bi2O3 hetero-junction arrays were successfully fabricated with the solvothermal method and calcination.The II type band structure and internal electric field are greatly enhanced by forming core/shell p-BiOI/n-?-Bi2O3 p-n junction.It greatly enhanced the separation of charge carriers,whichincreasedphotocurrentdensity,andimproved photoelectrochemical water splitting efficiency.
