With the increasing prosperity of the chemical industry,there are more and more chemicals in our country,and chemicals have the characteristics of flammable,explosi ve and other unavoidable characteristics.From the objective,chemical safety has beco me the most important part of the safety industry.With the increasing number of stor age tanks,and the various types of chemicals,various types of storage tanks and larg e area,the safety of the tank area has become the most important part of the chemic al safety.The most unacceptable in the tank area is the fire in the tank area,so it is very necessary and urgent to study the fire hazard analysis of the tank area.Through the experiment of oil pool fire,the experiment uses a disc with a diame ter of 60 cm,and the fuel is 0# diesel.The temperature data acquisition system is coll ected through the ADAM module temperature collection system.Through the comparis on and analysis of the results of the experimental records in the later period,the tem perature distribution law of the oil pool fire burning oil tray with uneven height is ob tained,as well as the oil tray.The distribution of temperature in the upper horizontal direction.Then,the 1:1 numerical simulation of the oil pool fire experiment in the former part is carried out,and the Pyro Sim software is selected for the simulation by the nu merical simulation software.Through the simulation of the parameter setting of the gri d,the parameter setting of the burner,the parameter setting of the thermocouple,the parameter setting of the temperature slice and so on,according to the data measured by the thermocouple set in the model,the statistical data of the oil pool fire experime nt are compared,in order to control the relative error of the simulated data and the a ctual data under 15%.It will be realized by adjusting the parameters of simulation,an d the simulation results will be closer to the real value.The result of the final simulation is to make a fire hazard analysis to the storage area of a company in Hainan,so that the tank area of a company in Hainan will be simulated.The parameters of the simulation are set according to the parameters of th e oil pool fire simulation.The results of the numerical simulation are analyzed,and t he relevant suggestions are put forward to ensure the safety of the tank area accordin g to the actual situation of the storage tank area of the company,such as the fire protection facilities,the distance between the tanks,the distance between the tanks and ot her important facilities,the safety management and so on.
