This thesis is focused on the transition metal silver(Ⅰ)catalytic transformations of alkynes,leading to efficiently construct a variety of heterocyclic compounds.The whole work is consist of two parts as follows: Part I,A novel silver-catalyzed direct fluorination reaction for rapid assembly of α-fluoroketone derivatives from o-alkynylaryl aldehydes/ketones with commercially available fluorine-containing block(NFSI)was developed.This protocol affords α-fluoroketone derivatives in moderate to good yields under simple and mild reaction conditions.In addition,a fluorinecontaining indanone was observed through further N-heterocyclic carbene catalyzed intramolecular crossed-benzoin reaction of α-fluoroketone.Part II,we have developed an efficient Ag-catalyzed tandem nucleophilic addition/cycloisomerization reaction of ortho-alkynylbenzaldehydes with enaminones.The transformation could be finished under simple and mild conditions with a high regioselectivity and broad sustrate scopes.
