Cement-based decorative mortar has many advantages,for example,the performance and durability is stable and reliable,it is convenient to apply on the wall and it is also an environment-friendly product.Based on these characteristics,it will be the main direction of the development of wall decoration materials in the future.But efflorescence is a common problem in cement-based decorative mortar,because it seriously affect the decoration of mortar,so this severely restricted the promotion and application of decorative mortar.In this paper,the effect of constituent materials and admixture on the properties of cement-based mortar is studied,it focus on the basic mechanism of efflorescence and main influencing factors of cement-based decorative mortar,the matching ratio of decorative mortar was optimized by orthogonal experiment.To be standard by resisting efflorescence,the final mortar has excellent construction and decoration performance,it also can resist efflorescence.The research results show that:(1)Both lithium slag and slag powder can resist efflorescence to a certain extent,but the inhibition effect of lithium slag is better than slag powder.Lithium slag can reduce the shrinkage of mortar at the early age and strengthen the crack resista nce of mortar.Adding slag powder is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of mortar.(2)Self-configuring compound emulsion powder is compared with several commonly used redispersible latex poeder in resisting efflorescence.The research results shows that the composite emulsion powder A can resist efflorescence very well,compared with A and 7042 W,5044N has the worst effect of efflorescence resistance.Cellulose ether can reduce the first efflorescence,but it will exacerbate the second efflorescence.(3)Melamine water reducer can not only improve the mechanical properties of mortar,but also inhibit efflorescence;The effect of nano-silica on mechanical properties of mortar was not obvious,but it can inhibit the efflorescence to a certain extent;Silicon water-proofing agent can obviously inhibit the efflorescence of mortar and reduce the water absorption rate of mortar,it can prevent water from entering the mortar very well;The effect of defoamer on first efflorescence of mortar was not obvious,but it can significantly improve the ability of resisting second efflorescence,it can also significantly improve the mechanical properties of mortar.(4)According to the result of the orthogonal experiment and considering various factors,in order to maximize resistance efflorescence,the best mix proportion of mortar is obtained: white cement 27%、lithium slag 3%、coarse 17%、quartz sand 45.95%、redispersible latex powder 5%、cellulose ether 0.05%、silicon water-proofing agent 0.3%、defoamer 0.2%、pigment1.5%.(5)The decorative mortar configured with the principle of resisting efflorescence produce a good surface decoration effect;At the same time,the product applicated in lightweight exterior wall plate is very good,and the effect of the compound additive in the colorful composite sand-based permeable brick is remarkable.
