The characteristics of low permeability oil well are low liquid production,long distance and large decline rate of produced liquid.Its characteristic is different from the main oil producing area with good development.In this characteristic oilfield,the pumping unit transducer and the electric heating technology are widely applied and have strong representativeness.This paper analyzes and studies the representative technology and technology of the pumping unit frequency converter in the peripheral oilfield,and analyzes the influence factors on the energy consumption of the pumping unit,aiming at the characteristics of low liquid production in the low permeability oil field.According to the analysis results,the optimization plan is worked out,and the method of reducing the number of strokes is adopted for the well with low liquid production and insufficient liquid supply.According to the effect of field experiment,it is determined that the method is feasible,and the optimization and adjustment plan of pumping unit's overall operation mode is formulated.This paper aims at the actual operation of electric heating technology applied in recent years in low permeability oilfield.The advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the typical technology process are analyzed.The problems and potential in the process of operation are emphasized.Combined with the current production and technology level,the optimization plan and suggestions are worked out.Especially for outstanding problems,it is through experiments and research to work out corresponding operation plan and improve products.Reduce pollution and treatment costs,and achieve a comprehensive reduction.
