According to the situation of polymer flooding is going to be used in Longhupao oilfield to enhance oil recovery,the study on the treatment technology of polymer flooding in Longhu oil field has been carried out in order to improve the technical reserve of oil field development in advance and provide reference for the later development of similar oil fields.First,the method of emulating emulsion preparation of different shear nodes(normal pipe transmission,over pump process,valve group process)of the polymer flooding system is established.The operation conditions of Longhupao oil field are investigated and the composition characteristics of the produced liquid in Longhupao oil field are understood through experiments,including the effects of water content,crude oil base property and oil displacement agent on the characteristics of emulsified water.Secondly,the emulsification stability experiment of the polymer flooding is carried out,including the rheological experiment,the particle size distribution experiment,the electronegativity experiment,the microscopic morphology and the interface layer characteristic experiment.Based on the mathematical statistics principle,the experimental results are analyzed,and the influencing factors of the emulsion stability and the main and secondary order of the factors are determined.The factors affecting the demulsification of the produced liquid of the polymer flooding were analyzed,including the temperature,time,concentration and shear history,the p H value of water phase and the concentration of surfactant.The change of demulsification performance of polymer flooding produced liquid under various factors is obtained.Finally,the demulsifier and the recommended dosage applied to the Longhupao oil field polymer flooding produced liquid were selected,the dehydration temperature,electric field intensity,power supply mode and dehydration time of the produced liquid produced by polymer flooding were determined.Based on a large number of experimental results and optimized theoretical models,the operation parameters optimization and adjustment plan of "five in one" treatment of polymer flooding produced liquid has been worked out.
