The main oil of Lukqin heavy oil field is extracted by dilute oil.With the development of oil field,the development parameters such as heavy oil property,mixed oil property,overall dilute proportion,and water content of oil field have changed greatly,which has a certain influence on the crude oil collection and transportation processing technology.It is necessary to evaluate the existing crude oil treatment process on the basis of the crude oil physical properties and desiccation experiments,and to study the treatment process to improve the dehydration effect of crude oil,and to meet the requirements of the crude oil external transportation standards.In this paper,the material properties of the mixed oil in the joint station are first tested.On the basis of this,the selection of the emulsifying agent and the selection of dehydration method are carried out.The screening experiments of five self-developed emulsifying agents and three on-site emulsifying agents were conducted,and two emulsifying agents,CD908 and New III,were selected as alternative agents.Thermochemical dehydration experiments and electrochemical dehydration experiments were carried out to determine that the water content of the mixed oil samples in the Luzhong Joint Station met the conditions of the output standard dehydration time,dehydration temperature,and dosage.The results of one or two stages of thermochemical dehydration and electrochemical dehydration showed that CD908 dehydration was better than that of the new III emulsifier.The results of field test show that the dehydration parameters are basically in agreement with the indoor experiment,and the standard of less than 0.5 % water content can be achieved through two stages of dehydration,so that the corresponding dehydration process and parameters can be determined in a targeted way.
