| Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy continues to accelerate the pace of construction,at the same time of chemical raw materials,liquid fuel and other types of civil liquid cargo demand is also constantly increasing,the liquid cargo is approximately 80% by liquid transportation.But at the same time,the rate of highway accidents is increasing year by year at the same time.According to the investigation,more than 40% of the dangerous chemicals transportation accidents are found.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the nonlinear sloshing of liquid in the tank of dangerous chemicals and the stability of the running tank car.In this paper,using Ansys Workbench software module and the fluid dynamics simulation module,analysis the liquid sloshing effect on the vehicle,and based on the use of Trucksim software for vehicle dynamics research,analysis of liquid sloshing for tank truck rollover stability.1.In this paper,we use the fluid module in Ansys Workbench software to build tank model and liquid model in tank,and divide it into grids,define boundary conditions,simulate and simulate,and get the effect of fluid movement on tank.2.The vehicle dynamics model is established by Trucksim software,2 hazardous chemicals and the liquid tank for liquid equivalent model of rigid body,the simulation of the hook in the high condition,the hazardous chemicals in the liquid tank side angle,lateral acceleration,yaw angle,yaw rate.3.The use of Matlab/Simlink software to establish the hazardous liquid tank vehicle differential control strategy,hazardous chemicals and liquid tank model with Trucksim to build the joint simulation,select the same high attachment hook condition,the differential control strategy of the vehicle roll angle,lateral acceleration,yaw angle,yaw rate to effective control and reduce the risk of vehicle rollover. |
