Through the implementation of anammox denitrification is the most economical and efficient way of nitrogen removal on the basis of path of shortcut nitrification,the researchers developed by application of Anammox bacteria was the main pathway of denitrification process,and deammonification process?CANON?is one of the most representative process.CANON process compared with the conventional denitrification process can save 60%of the oxygen consumption and 100%of the organic carbon source.But the process also has some problems,such as long starting period and difficult to stabilize short range nitrification.In order to find a solution to the above problems,this test uses three sets of reactors to study the starting and stable operating performance of the CANON process.Three groups of reactors were using artificial simulation without organic carbon source of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater as the influent,the reactor of I and II are used to start with the conventional activated sludge reactor,III in reactor?and?after a successful start,the first two groups in the reactor sludge was carried out start.The reactor I and II respectively with quartz sand-sponge and combined packing as reaction filler,inoculation methods by inoculating activated sludge,by controlling the concentration of NH4+-N and DO as the main control means of quick start strategy by two kinds of filler in CANON reactor and its stable operation efficiency.The temperature of the reactor is controlled at?32±1?centigrade,and DO is between 0.81.0 mg·L-1.After 25d,the shortcut nitrification is successfully achieved.The removal rate of NH4+-N is about 55%,and nitrite accumulation rate is over 80%.reactor I run to the thirty-third day,control DO between 0.10.25 mg·L-1,the removal rate of TN increased to 21.2%,The CANON process was successfully started at sixty-seventh day,the removal rate of NH4+-N and the removal rate of TN were finally stable at 97%and 85%,and the TN removal load reached 0.23 kg/m3·d,when the concentration of DO of reactor control in1.6mg·L-1,the removal rate of CANON reactor TN remained at around 82%,TN removal load up to 0.54kg/m3·d;and reactor II after 64d successful launch of CANON process,TN removal rate reached 0.28kg/m3·d,when the reactor control DO in 1.41.6 mg·L-1.To achieve efficient and stable operation of combined packing of CANON process,the removal rate of TN and TN removal rate were respectively 83%,0.61 kg/m3·d,in the combined packing CANON reactor stable operation 128 d after the successful implementation of the CANON granular sludge in the reactor.The average particle size of the sludge particles is 0.754 mm.The results of scanning electron microscopy showed that the microbes in the sludge of the two reactor were mainly clustered spherical bacteria,which confirmed the presence of anammox.The experiment proved that under the condition of only inoculation with ordinary activated sludge,the CANON technology can be started quickly.In the later stage of CANON operation,the concentration of DO in the reactor is about 1.6 mg·L-1,so that the CANON reactor can run efficiently and stably.Operation mode:first reactor III inoculating activated sludge with inorganic artificial high ammonia wastewater as treatment object,by controlling the concentration of NH4+-N and reaction conditions such as DO,after commissioning 18 the successful implementation of day nitrification reactor,nitrite accumulation rate is as high as 90%,NH4+-N the removal rate is stabilized at 60%;and then to the reactor inoculated two groups before CANON in the reactor sludge,and after commissioning 71 day successfully launched a continuous CANON reactor,the removal rate of TN reached 82%,the removal rate of TN was stable in 0.4 kg/m3·d,when influent;the concentration of NH4+-N in 451.29459.5 mg·L-1,DO concentration in the reactor at 0.6 mg·L-1,can realize the efficient and stable operation of continuous CANON reactor,the TN removal rate reached 0.74 kg/m3·d.Through long-term operation of 3 reactors debugging,experiments show that the running stability,quick start and late stage study of CANON process,The control of DO is the decisive factor for the rapid start and stable operation of the CANON process,only in the conventional activated sludge inoculation conditions,quick start can be realized in CANON process,and can remove the load stable operation under the condition of high nitrogen.
