Due to the rapid development of economy and technology in China,coal mining scale and depth is increasing,which requires more economic and effective support to the roadway,to ensure the safe operation of coal mining.It has been found by the scholars of the world that the combination of the bolt and the anchor cable has a good effect on the large section of the tunnel.This paper is based on the research background of 11223 upper roadway in Pan'er Coal Mine,aim at the original scheme of bolting and anchor combined support for the research object,prove the validity of the original implementation scheme by means of theoretical analysis,ABAQUS calculation and industrial support test.The relationship between the stability of rock mass at work face and its depth and its lateral pressure coefficient is studied.Three optimization schemes are put forward for the original support plan of roadway.After the comparison of these support methods,the optimal support design is established.Based on the above results,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)the maximum relative displacement of the two sides and the maximum relative displacement of the top and bottom plate increase with the increase of roadway burying depth,and its approximate linear growth.Both horizontal and vertical stress,when the depth of the roadway increases,the overall value of the overall performance is increasing.(2)the increase of lateral pressure coefficient has a similar effect on the maximum relative displacement of the upper and lower plates and the sides.With the increase of pressure coefficient,the relative moving value is increasing.However,because of the increase of the lateral pressure coefficient,the maximum peak value of the vertical stress gradually decreases,and the overall level of the horizontal stress increases slowly keep in step with the increase of the pressure coefficient.(3)the effectiveness of the original support scheme is obtained by simulating the original support scheme of the roadway and comparing the state of the roadway under unsupported conditions.Three optimization schemes are proposed for the original support scheme,and the optimal scheme three is determined by comprehensive comparison.(4)Through the study of the monitoring data of the surrounding rock surface convergence,the roof abscission and anchor cable's anchoring force of the two monitoring sections of 11223 upper roadway in Pan'er Coal Mine,found that the surface deformation,stress of surrounding rock of roadway and the roof abscission layer change within the allowed range,explain along the groove on the working plane of roadway support plan is reasonable.
