Terpyridine is a kind of have strong coordination ability with metal compounds.In this article,we make use of the stability and fluorescence properties of terpyridine and and the solubility of tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether in water,linking-up the tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether side chain with terpyridine type ligands,to design synthesis a stable ligands whose solubility both in organic solvent and water phase are good,then six coordinated metal zinc(Zn)and cadmium(Cd)are coordination with these ligand coordination metal-supramolecular polymers by polymerization reaction.Through 1H NMR,13C NMR and mass spectrum,hydrogen and mass spectrum characterization,prove those are pure compounds,and the formation of metal coordination process in the supramolecular polymer are characterized with the UV-vis and fluorescence spectrum.Due to the transmission of energy effect,the presence of in solvent of can make the fluorescence of coordination metal-supramolecular quenching,to implementation the detection of picric acid and other nitro aromatic compounds in water,through cross experiment,we found that the fluorescence intensity and quenching efficiency of metal cadmium is much more intensely than metal zinc,therefore,cadmium coordination metal-supramolecular has higher sensitivity and application value.In addition,through the experiment of coating the composite on test paper to detect the outdoor water,proves that the polymer has the ability of solid state detection,showing the possibility of practical application in public security in future.In addition,this paper explore the synthesis and study of some PyBox type ligands,then corrdinate with cobalt to get six coordination complexes.We selected five kinds of similar structure PyBox ligands,and coordinate with bivalent cobalt metal to forming polymers.To receive single crystal by recrystallization,the six crystal structure is determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Through the ac magnetic susceptibility test,the six compounds have the behavior of single ion magnet.Interestingly,symmetry of compounds of cobalt ions have significant influence to magnetic relaxation,reduced symmetry can lead planar anisotropy to single shaft of compounds. |
