On March 12,2005,hu jintao,general secretary of hu jintao,pointed out "to strengthen ecological protection and construction work" at the symposium on the central population resources and environment.On October 15,2007,the party’s 17 th national congress of the "construction of ecological civilization" as one of the comprehensive construction well-off society goal,as a strategic task,for the first time the concept of "ecological civilization" into the party congress report.On September18,2009,the fourth plenary session of the 17 th CPC central committee raised the "ecological civilization construction" to a strategic level with economic,political,cultural and social development.In March 2018,the ministry of ecology and environment of the People’s Republic of China shall be established according to the reform plan of the state council approved by the first session of the thirteenth National People’s Congress.The importance of ecological environment in today’s society can be seen.Water ecology is an important part of the whole ecological chain.Water ecology refers to the influence of environmental water factor on biology and adaptation of biological to various water conditions.Life originates in water,and water is an important component of all living things.Organisms continually exchange water with the environment,and the quality(salinity)and quantity of water in the environment determine the biological distribution,the composition and quantity of species,and the important factors of lifestyle.This article mainly expounds the snake mountain island at the center of the poyang lake,the lake water quantity,water quality,water ecology and other 26 indicators for automatic inspection,the indicators and the contrast experiment analysis process and conclusion.Research content includes: analysis of the snake hill standing water level of artificial observation and automatic monitoring instrument level synchronization data,analysis the snake mountain shadow of automatic instruments monitoring water level and a comprehensive stand artificial observation water level relationship,establish the snake mountain water analysis model,and theshadow of a comprehensive stand analysis snake hill station automatic monitoring water temperature,water temperature and artificial observation error analysis of the snake hill station water temperature and the shadow of a comprehensive automatic monitoring station of artificial observation related to water temperature,the snake mountain water temperature,the shadow of a comprehensive stand representative,shadow of establishing a comprehensive water temperature and the snake mountain stand analysis model and the corresponding model test;Of water temperature,pH value,conductivity,dissolved oxygen,potassium permanganate index and reduction potential,turbidity,total phosphorus,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total organic carbon,a total of 11 indicators,using DF live phytoplankton and poyang lake snake mountain ecological environment on-line monitoring system for analysis of algae biomass and its dominant species,and compare with the results of indoor sample analysis,etc.Poyang lake is the largest freshwater lake in China,and is the only one of the four freshwater lakes in China that has no serious eutrophication.Protecting the ecological environment of poyang lake is not only of strategic significance to the economic and social development of jiangxi,but also plays an important role in safeguarding national ecological construction and environmental security.Therefore,it is necessary and timely to compare the data of water quality and water ecology in poyang lake.
