Since the reform and opening up,China’s enterprises themselves,have made considerable progress.China’s economy will also be rapid development,such as GDP annual growth rate of more than 8%,the annual coal demand exceeds 2.5 tons.With the development of China’s economy,the total GDP in the expansion of economic growth to an annual net increase of fixed amount of development gradually increased,energy consumption is also increasing.In 2016,China’s economy by the international impact of international environmental impact is more and more intense,world economy has become more complex,the effect of coal by the national economy gradually recovers the competition is more and more obvious,commodity price volatility in dollars has become more sensitive.At the same time,China’s major large coal power industry to adapt to the market capacity is increasing,leading to the international coal market presents "off-season,busy season features,at the same time,China’s coal division uneven quality of different data analysis is one of the effective coal procurement basis.China is a big demand for coal,coal procurement is an important strategic planning,can’not be overlooked,because of the quality of coal in our country,the climate is different,related to the transportation costs need to be taken into account.Reasonable grasp of the coal market,coal control purchase quantity,the standard price,not only related to the enterprise’s own development,but also affect the power plant price factors,directly affect people’s livelihood and stability of people’s life.First of all,discusses the development status at the present stage of our country coal market,coal procurement decision-making and analysis of domestic and international e-commerce platform development situation,introduces the research content and research framework of this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic concept of game theory,establishes the model of the coal mine combination bidding,and gives the optimal model of the coal supply contract in the contract market.Through the establishment of game theory model to ensure that the procurement is more reasonable,the study of the two sides in the case of asymmetric demand information network selection game model.Third,large data model was built by the precipitation of raw data.According to the analysis of the relevant research results of original data and combined with the actual situation of the thermal power plant,according to the index system of scientific and systematic,representative and operational,quantitative and qualitative differences,and practical principles,the construction of coal supplier selection evaluation index system,the establishment of index system.Fourth,according to the coal procurement decision model,and combining the traditional marketing theory,the actual demand of reference enterprise,we are design and development of coal procurement system platform,and study the functions of coal procurement platform.This paper argues that the enterprise management is a systematic project,only to understand their own situation and development,at the same time,on the basis of successful cases of domestic and foreign development,development,innovation,decision according to their own situation is the real marketing,construction should pay attention to talent,with lofty ideals,professional master technical knowledge and develop promotion tactics.In this paper,it can be provide reference for the study of e-commerce platform for large data capacity of domestic coal enterprises in China.
