Allenes are a class of unique compounds with an axial chirality spreading over three carbon atoms and widely exist in natural products and bioactive molecules.Allenes have been studied showing novel patterns for construction of various molecules with excellent regio-and stereoselectivity via its unique reactivity and they have been widely used in the difunctionalization reactions in modern synthetic organic chemistry,and rapid and straight-forward access to synthetically complex molecules in a single procedure via a various of different difunctional strategies.The development of mild and general methods for C-S bond formation has received significant attention because the C-S band is indispensable in many important biological and pharmaceutical compounds.As an easily synthesized sulfur source,sulfonyl iodide is usually employed to form C-N bond by the reactions with nucleophiles,like amines.The example concerning using sulfonyl iodines as elecrophiles to form C-S bond,in which sulfonyl iodine react with alkynes and ketone.With the wide application of organic sulfur compounds in organic synthesis,?,?-unsaturated sulfone compounds have shown a variety of reaction properties.As an important intermediates in organic synthesis,they have the ability to eliminate the side effects of chemotherapy,and it also has a capacity to stereoselectively synthesize many open chain and cyclic compounds.Therefore,the use of a simple and efficient method to synthesize ?,?-unsaturated sulfone compounds is of great value.In this thesis,we developed a method for the synthesis of ?,?-unsaturated sulfone compounds by intermolecular regioselective difunctional reaction,which catalyzed by CuI and 1,10-phen reacting from allenes and sulfonyl iodides.The reaction is carried out at room temperature.The reaction substrate is simple and easy to obtain,the reaction operation and post-treatment is simple.
