With the development of our country's industrial modernization and economy,the capacity of coal-fired power plants is increasing,and SO2 emissions from coal-fired power plants are one of the major causes of air pollution,however,SO2 gases in the atmosphere are highly destructive to the human body and the environment.In order to reduce the emissions of SO2, in this paper,a new control scheme is proposed for the non-linearity and hysteresis of pH neutralization process in wet flue gas desulfurization system,that is,the dynamic matrix control?DMC?strategy is applied to the absorption tower slurry pH control system,thus,the quality of the control system is improved.The basic principle of the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization control system is studied and analyzed.The mathematical model of the pH value of the slurry in the absorption tower is obtained by the test modeling method,and several control strategies of the slurry pH control system are summarized studied and analyzed.The single-loop and cascade PID control system and the fuzzy PID control system of the absorption tower slurry pH are established,and a brief analysis and simulation are made respectively.According to the actual production experience,based on the characteristics of fuzzy control and the advantages of PID control,the control rules of fuzzy control are developed,and a fuzzy PID control scheme is designed,finally,its simulation results are compared with the traditional PID control,and the results verify that the control performance is improved.The dynamic matrix control algorithm,in this thesis,is studied,and it is applied to the pH value system of the absorption tower slurry.Firstly,the dynamic matrix control algorithm of the pH value of the absorption tower is established,then,the dynamic matrix control program of the pH value of the absorption tower slurry is compiled by MATLAB simulation language.The results show that the control quality of the dynamic control system is better than that of the traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control,and the robust parameter change of the pH matrix dynamic matrix control system of the absorption tower slurry is analyzed and simulated,and it can be seen that show that the robustness and adaptability of the dynamic matrix control system are relatively strong.Finally,through a large number of MATLAB simulation experiments,some parameters in the DMC algorithm are analyzed and adjusted to obtain the DMC system of pH value of the slurry in the absorption tower under the optimal conditions of each parameter.From the simulation curve,it can be seen that the control system of pH value DMC in the absorption tower is not overshoo ted,and the adjustment time is very short,so that the quality of system control can be further improved.
