Letinous edodes monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides and quality analysis,and production of Letinous edodes polysaccharide with Letinous edodes polysaccharide materials Letinous edodes polysaccharide of monosaccharide composition,heavy metals and mineral nutrient content and molecular weight distribution were studied systematically,and raw material of Letinous edodes polysaccharide determination of the samples.By optimizing the hydrolysis,derivative and chromatographic conditions,the PMP derivative-ultra high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for Letinous edodes polysaccharide materials and Letinous edodes polysaccharide of monosaccharide composition analysis.The results showed that the Letinous edodes polysaccharide materials and Letinous edodes polysaccharide in the monosaccharide composition of mannose,glucose and galactose;Using sugar nitrile acetylated derivatives-gas chromatography raw material of Letinous edodes polysaccharide were
