In this paper,the physical and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete are studied and the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde by photocatalyst is studied.Concrete is under the condition of different water cement ratio,regeneration of toughened glass aggregate with total aggregate quality of 0%,10%,20%,30%,20%,replace the recycled concrete aggregate,test of concrete products made of physical and mechanical properties of 28 days,the analysis of the effects of the incorporation of toughened glass.Through a series of experimental studies,the changes of the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete under different toughened glass aggregate replacement ratios were observed.The results showed that:?1?Compared with natural aggregate,recycled aggregate concrete has the characteristics of less apparent density,higher water absorption and larger crushing index.Tempered glass is the opposite,but its own surface is smooth,and its edges are sharp.?2?The aggregate greatly affecting the physical and mechanical properties of the concrete products,The density and water absorption rate of recycled concrete products were improved after the addition of toughened glass aggregate with higher density and less water absorption.In terms of mechanical properties,the compressive strength is improved when the replacement rate of the toughened glass aggregate is less than 20%,then it will start to decrease,and the replacement rate will reach 40%and the compressive strength is generally less than the initial group.It is concluded that the incorporation of toughened glass aggregate will be unfavorable to the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete.According to the results of the test,the replacement rate of tempered glass should be controlled between 10%and 25%.?3?in photocatalysis,The photocatalytic efficiency of samples increased with the increase of titanium dioxide content in concrete.Transparent material is helpful for photocatalytic efficiency.The specific surface area of photocatalyst contact light source in concrete is also one of the factors that affect the photocatalytic efficiency.It is concluded that when the content of TiO2 is about 2%of the total mass of the material,photocatalytic concrete can have good photocatalytic performance and is economical and environmentally friendly.
