Hydrotalcite have become as inorganic uv absorber,principally owing to its slab reflected and scattered UV light.But the uv absorption capacity of hydrotalcite was weak and poor dispersion in polymer material,make it hardly applied in polymer materials as a light stabilizer.Although 2-Hydroxy-4-Methoxybenzophenone-5-sulphonic acid(BP-4)have strong uv absorption capacity and wide absorption range as a common organic uv absorber,it is easy to be oxidized and has poor thermal stability,which seriously affect its service life.In order to solve the problem of the above ultraviolet absorbents,in this paper,BP-4 anionic was assembled into the hydrotalcitec layer by roasting recovery method.By combining organic uv absorber and inorganic uv absorber,the two-dimensional hydroxide composite with the ultraviolet absorption range and the ability to be significantly enhanced was prepared.The crystal morphology,internal pore,thermal stability,ultraviolet absorption and anti-ultraviolet aging ability of these two-dimensional hydroxide composites were studied,which including the following aspects.A new type of ZnAl-BP-LDH two-dimensional hydroxide composite was successfully prepared.Though characterization analysis found that BP-4 and ZnAl-LDO quality ratio is 4:6(g),ZnAl-BP-LDH4 had a preferred structure and surface properties.ZnAl-BP-LDH4 also had the strongest ultraviolet absorption ability and the widest range of ultraviolet absorption.At this point,BP-4 are arranged vertically and orderly in slab through electrostatic and hydrogen bonds.ZnAl-BP-LDH has a good blocking effect on uv rays,and the protection of PP is better than BP-4 and ZnAl-LDH,which can effectively improve the anti-ultraviolet aging ability.ZnAlCe-LDH were prepared by urea method.The results showed that the suitable molar ratio of Ce/Al was 0.05?0.6.ZnAlCe-LDH with 0.6 molar ratio of Ce/Al had a the high thermal stability,more mesoporous pore structure,strong uv absorption capacity and wide uv absorption range.A new type of CeO2@LDHs two-dimensional hydroxide composite with strong uv absorption capacity was successfully prepared by roasting recovery method.The results showed that Ce3+ in the precursor of ZnAlCe-LDH was unable to recover the laminates in the process of calcining recovery process,but was loaded on the laminates with the form of CeO2.The calcination temperature affects the intercalation effect of BP-4 anion and the load of CeO2,simultaneously increasing the specific surface area,number of pore channels and thermal stability of the composite.When the calcination temperature was 400?,the obtained CeO2@LDH400 showed the optimum structure and surface performance,with the strongest uv absorption capacity and the widest uv absorption range.The uv aging experiment shows that the anti-ultraviolet aging ability of CeO2@LDH400 is far greater than that of the individual BP-4 and ZnAl-BP-LDH4,and it can significantly improve the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of PP matrix by adding it to the PP matrix.
