A Comparative Study Between Scientific Outlook Of Development And Green View Of Development

As the two concepts of development with different connotation,the scientific concept of development and the concept of green development have some differences in origin,characteristics and goals,but they both have some similarities.The concept of scientific development is fundamentally a people-oriented concept of development.It focuses on the scientific,sustainable and comprehensive development and is essentially a socialist concept of development.The green development concept originated from the industrial crisis of western capitalism,especially the crisis of petrochemical energy originating from industrial development.It emphasizes the development mode of green economy such as ecological harmony,natural beauty,forest protection,wilderness value,solar energy,nuclear energy,natural gas and wind energy,In order to get rid of the economic crisis of capitalism.Since its entry into China,the concept of green economy has gradually integrated itself into the scientific concept of development and ecological civilization with the characteristics of socialism in China and promoted the gradual transition of China’s development concept to the five major development concepts and the new concept of development.It is the enrichment and development of the scientific concept of development in the new period.In view of the frequent disconnection between the scientific concept of development and the concept of green development in the academic community and people in all walks of life,China’s green development concept is confused with the green economy and green civilization in the West.The dissertation analyzes its origins,connotations and theoretical features.And so on comparative study and analysis of connectivity.In this way,it is not only conducive to sort out the context and basic content of the two but also help clarify the confusion of concepts in the construction of ecological civilization in our country and lay a theoretical foundation for the beautiful China and its ecological civilization construction.This dissertation firstly summarizes the social background,connotation,basic characteristics and its theoretical and practical significance of the scientific concept of development and the green concept of development,and then analyzes the similarities and differences and similarities between the two kinds of development concept,with particular emphasis on Analyzes the semantic evolution of the concept of green economy development into China and its practical significance in promoting the evolution of China’s development concept.Finally,from the perspective of the community of human destiny and the concept of new development,this article evaluates the historical significance and shortcomings of the two kinds of views on development.This thesis holds that the contribution of the scientific concept of development lies in that it emphasizes "people-oriented",emphasizes economic growth,and ultimately economic development serves the survival and development of human beings.It can not be put on the cart before the horse.Economic development should emphasize scientificity,comprehensiveness and sustainability.It must have global awareness,environmental awareness and historical awareness.However,due to historical limitations,it lacks importance on the green economic path of scientific development.The contribution of the green development concept is to highlight the historical inevitability of the replacement of industrial civilization and emphasize the importance of green economy in ecological society and ecological civilization.From the height of socialism,the new concept of development set by the 19th Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China has further clarified the concept of"people-oriented" development as the concept of "people-centered" development,and has highlighted the features of the socialistic people and the people of traditional Chinese culture And from the perspective of the community of human destinies,highlighting the global significance of China’s green development and ecological civilization construction and leading the global transformation of civilization.The innovation of this dissertation is that it systematically analyzes the similarities,differences and similarities between the scientific development view and the green development view from the perspective of history,and conducts a historical assessment of their theoretical and practical values.
