The dust hazard is one of the major disasters in coal mine production,fill in the production of space dust not only accelerate the mechanical wear,shorten the service life of the instrument,and can cause dust explosion under certain conditions,especially the dust absorbed by the body for a long time,can cause human body all kinds of respiratory disease,serious threat to the mine and the safety of the miners.Widely used at home and abroad at present,the coal mine wet dust suppression is given priority to,the coal mine is the most widely used dust technology spray dust technology,among them,the most used for high pressure spray technology,although use convenient,but most of the technology overflowing water mist diameter greater than the dust particle size,water spray is not easy to dust interception collision agglomeration effect,cause of respiratory dust capture efficiency is generally low.According to the principle of aerodynamics of water mist dust clouds leaurning mechanism and the smaller the particle diameter of respiratory dust capture efficiency is higher,it is generally believed that the liquid at home and abroad the most effective way of atomized spray technology for two-phase flow,the use of particle diameter of the gas liquid two-phase flow nozzle can achieve a few microns,can effectively improve the setting efficiency of dust,Though two-phase flow nozzles has been in the dust removal must be used,for the factors that influence efficiency of gas liquid two-phase flow have also made certain research progress,but there's still a lot of high energy consumption of the nozzle spray,spray uneven,nozzle easily blocked,small diameter droplets and small proportion is insufficient,lead to two-phase flow removal technology in practical application is limited by a lot of coal mines.According to the characteristic of the gas liquid two-phase flow nozzle structure,injection condition and atomization mechanism,puts forward the air cavity,the number of air cavity,liquid cavity,air cavity deviation angle,the pressure of the throttle lever,out of the fog for two-phase flow nozzle is main influence of gas liquid two-phase flow nozzle structure factors,air pressure,the injection of air pressure,water pressure and gas water ratio are the main factors that affect the atomization of gas liquid two-phase flow nozzle,designing a king of gas liquid two-phase flow phase,and a complete set of atomization testing system and the dust removal system experimental platform.By regulating the the air cavity,the number of air cavity,liquid cavity,air cavity deviation angle,the pressure of the throttle lever can realize high atomization of two-phase flow nozzles,the droplets are the median diameter less than to 10 microns,atomization quantity up to 5kg/h,atomization performance are uniform and good.Among them,the throttle lever and air cavity deviation angle under the low pressure has a significant effect to the nozzle atomized particle size distribution,the number of droplets below 10 microns fog droplets of the two-phase flow nozzle is more and more.The injection of air pressure,water pressure and gas water ratio are the main factors that affect the atomization of gas liquid two-phase flow nozzle.The particle diameter decreases with the increase of gas pressure,increase with the water pressure,and the nozzle has good atomization performance in a certain range of gas-liquid ration.Along the transverse direction is almost the same in the flow field,is gradually increasing along the axial direction.At the same time,the influence of different atomization parameters on atomization and dust removal of gas liquid two-phase flow nozzle was studied,and the influence of atomized particle size on respirable dust was obtained.It was found that injection condition have a great impact on atomization efficiency of dust,with the increase of water pressure and air pressure increases,decreases with the increase of particle diameter,when the particle diameter less than 10 microns,has the good effect on the dust removal.The results provide theoretical basis and key technical support for the nozzle structure optimization and the better application of mining dust removal device.
