By using the Empirical Electron Theory of Solids and Molecules,this paper calculates the statistics of electronic structure parameters of steelWB36(15NiCuMoNb5)normalizing(bainite+ ferrite)and different microstructure characteristics after tempering in a high temperature(cable).It also discusses the effects of different alloying elements on steel WB36 solid solution strengthening and interface strengthening from the aspect of electronic level.The mechanical property of WB36 steel which was tempered in a high temperature tempering accordingly can be calculated on the basis of the former.The result indicates that the n’A of the interstitial solution structure α-Fe-C-(M)of the high temperature tempered bainite is obviously larger than that of the substitutional solid solution structure α-Fe-M,the solid solution strengthening effect of the interstitial solution structure is relatively obvious,the phase structure factors n’A of Nb alloy elements are the largest.The precipitation strengthening plays the most important part in interface strengthening and different alloying elements don’t have any significant effects on interface strengthening factor(Δρ’).In respect of the mechanical property calculation,For two reinforcement mechanisms the alloying elements Si,Mn,Ni and Cu have a greater effect on tensile strength,and Cr,Mo and Nb have less influence.The relative error percentage between the results of the tensile strength of high tempering materials(720.79076 MPa)and experimental figures is 6.0%;Si,Mn,Ni and Cu have a greater effect on elongation,and Cr,Mo and Nb have less influence.The relative error percentage between elongation results(27.05621%)and experimental figures is 2.1%;Mn/Ni and Cu have a greater effect on ballistic work,and Si,Cr,Mo and Nb have less influence.The relative error percentage between ballistic work results(256.42214 J)and experimental figures is 7.3%.In conclusion,the calculation results are in good accordance with experimental figures. |
