Air compressor is the main power source of the pneumatic equipment in the process of mining,and ensures that the air compressor operating safely and stablely and in the long term;enhances the air compressor station automation,the intellectualized degree to realize unmanned underground mining.It has important significance to improve equipment performance and mine economic.The remote monitoring and intelligent linkage control system project of the-200 air compressor station four water cooled air compressor in the Tonghua Mining Bureau of the Ji Mei Group as the background,through practical research and Analysis on the scene,to determine the overall scheme of the system,and to realize the air compressor,cooling water pump running the monitoring parameters and state control of sensor,data acquisition system and control equipment were selection of hardware,and the software has been programmed;develop air compressors and cooling water pump remote monitoring system of upper computer configuration screen monitoring and on-site touch screen respectively,the real-time monitoring of the air compressor operating parameters and equipment status;in accordance with the actual situation,use Ethernet to achieve PC,the signal transmission and data exchange,data communication of the levels set and debugging success,and using explosion-proof surveillance cameras to achieve real-time monitoring of the four water-cooled air compressor's running state in the air compressor room;establish the air compressor and cooling water pump intelligent linkage control system and use fuzzy PID control method to realize the pipe of air compressor's constant pressure control and cooling water outlet temperature control,and use the simulation analysis Matlab/Simulink software to analyse.The simulation results show that the control system has good dynamic and static performance.Through the long running in the field,the system can achieve air compressor of the operating parameters and equipment condition of real-time online monitoring and data storage,effective real-time early warning of data overrun;air compressor and cooling water pump intelligent combined control is realized,effectively ensures the parent tube pressure stability and realize the control of the air compressor outlet temperature,ensure the safe and stable operation of air compressor,improve safety coefficient of air compressor operation,and prolong the service life of the air compressor.It has a very good practical value and popularization value.
