In recent years,with the remarkable improvement of China’s economy and the rapid development of industrialization,energy consumption caused by environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,the atmospheric soot,acid rain,greenhouse effect,ozone layer destruction has become endanger people’s survival of the four killers.The soot,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and other harmful substances and is causing a major source of air pollution,acid rain and the greenhouse effect in recent years,nitrogen oxides(NOx,including control of N2O、NO、NO2、N2O3 and N2O5 as many compounds)has become the focus of people’s attention.In China,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and other harmful substances are mainly produced by the process of burning coal,about 2/3 of the power production from coal-fired power plants.With the development of new environmental protection technology,the national air pollution emission standard of thermal power plant is gradually improved.Under this background,the new thermal power plant is widely used in large capacity and high parameter of heat efficiency,selection of the latest energy-saving equipment,and complete set of dust removal,desulfurization and denitrification equipment.Has been running unit,the upgrading of the ignition device,dedusting equipment,economizer,condenser and turbine valve control,the installation of desulfurization denitration device removal.This paper in Dalate Power Plant Phase III Project(i.e.,#1,#2 unit)as the object of study,a brief analysis of the background and significance of the research topic,combined with related to the topic at home and abroad research actuality and development tendency,Dalate Power Plant PhaseⅠProject(i.e.#1,#2unit)boiler basic parameters and operating status of basis,put forward by adopting low nitrogen combustion and SCR Flue gas denitration technology combined with comprehensive removal denitrification transformation method,through the out of stock and reconstruction on the feasibility study,the stockout engineering installation debugging and performance analysis.Eventually,through the low NOx combustion modification and increased a high ash type selective catalytic reduction(SCR)out of stock device,the province coal export(boiler removal of nitrate at the entrance of the unit)concentration of NOx emissions by the original about 354501mg/Nm3 control in less than 100mg/Nm3,reached the expected nitrogen oxide control objectives.
