With the increasing awareness of human environmental protection,environmental pollution has become a global issue.In order to solve the increasingly serious problem of air pollution,the state has introduced a more stringent emission standard for air pollutants in the thermal power industry.Therefore,in order to survive and respond to the requirements of national policies,power generation companies are implementing ultra-clean transformations in coal-fired units in terms of desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal systems.This paper mainly aims at implementing desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal systems for two units of 300 MW units in Baotou No.1 Thermal Power Plant.To achieve ultra-low emission targets,the geographical location of the plant will be analyzed to analyze topographical factors,soil factors,and the surrounding environment.Factors such as the finalization of the denitration system,desulfurization and wet removal program.This article mainly focuses on the desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal system reconstruction programs.The specific program analysis is as follows: First,for the high concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions,it was decided to install a denitration system between the economizer and the air preheater,using SCR Technology,the use of liquid ammonia as a reducing agent for selective catalytic reduction,so that the nitrogen oxides to ultra-low standards;Second,the original desulfurization absorber based on capacity expansion transformation,by adding a layer of spray,and the use of swirl The patented atomization technology greatly increases the desulfurization efficiency and reduces the emission of nitrogen oxides.Thirdly,a flue gas wet removal device is added between the outlet of the absorption tower and the chimney,and the secondary dust removal from the flue gas is performed using the wet electrostatic dust removal technology.Ultra-clean emission standards.After the desulphurization,denitrification,and dust removal system reforms,acceptance and performance tests were performed on the ultra-clean emissions of unit #1.It was found that the desulfurization and denitrification efficiencies were all above the design values and the emissions of smoke and dust reached ultra-clean emissions under the specified load requirements.Standards and meet economic performance requirements.In short,through the implementation of transformation of coal-fired units in terms of desulfurization,denitration,and dust removal systems,the emissions of flue gas from coal-fired units are reduced,and ultra-low emission standards for atmospheric pollutants in thermal power plants are achieved.
