Natto lyophilized powder,made of bacillus fermented soybean which is obtain by the technology of vaccum freezed-drying and high-speed pulverization.Its active substances include nattokinase,soy isoflavones,γ-polyglutamic acid,vitamin K2,superoxide dismutase,saponin and the like.Red yeast powder is a natural metabolite of fermented rice by Monascus,with a variety of physiological activity.In this experiment,natto lyophilized powder and red yeast powder as raw materials,respectively,with different doses of natto,red yeast powder,natto lyophilized powed and red yeast powder combination of immunomodulatory activity in mice,and the lipidlowering activity of high-fat mice were studied,details as follows:(1)Immunological parameters and changes of cytokines were measured after gavage different doses of 25 mg/mL,100 mg/mL,200 mg/mL natto lyophilized powder and 25 mg/mL,100 mg/mL,200 mg/mL red yeast ppowder with 30 days in mice.The results showed compared with the model group,there are the spleen index and thymus index increased significantly,the content of hemolysin increased.ConA-induced splenocyte transformation reaction increased and the level of the cytokines IL-2,IL-10,IFN-γ increased significantly about the mice of 200 mg/mL natto group.There are the spleen index increased significantly,the content of hemolysin increased,ConA-induced splenocyte transformation reaction increased and the level of the cytokines IL-2,IL-10 increased significantly about the mice of 100 mg/mL natto group.There are the content of hemolysin increased about the mice of 25 mg/mL red yeast powder group.There are the level of the cytokines IL-10 increased significantly about the mice of 100 mg/mL red yeast powder group.The conclusion showed that natto lyophilized powder can regulate the immunological activity and the secretion of cytokines in mice.(2)Immunological parameters and changes of cytokines were measured after gavage different doses of the compound of natto lyophilized powder and red yeast powder with 30 days in mice.The results showed compared with the model group,there are the spleen index and thymus index increased significantly,the content of hemolysin increased,ConA-induced splenocyte transformation reaction increased and the level of the cytokines IL-2,IL-10,IFN-γ increased significantly about the mice of 200 mg/mL natto,100 mg/mL RYR group and 200mg/mL natto,25 mg/mL RYR group.There are the spleen index increased significantly,the content of hemolysin increased and the level of the cytokines IL-2 increased significantly about the mice of 100 mg/mL natto,100 mg/mL red yeast powder group.Compared with the natto group,there are the spleen index increased significantly,the content of hemolysin increased,ConA-induced splenocyte transformation reaction increased and the level of the cytokines IL-2 increased significantly about the mice of 200 mg/mL natto,100 mg/mL red yeast powder group.There are the spleen index increased significantly and the content of hemolysin increased about the mice of 200 mg/mL natto,25 mg/mL red yeast powder group.The conclusion showed that the combination of natto lyophilized powder and red yeast powder can enhance the immunological activity of immunocompromised mice,and its complex has immunomodulatory effection.(3)Different concentrations of the compound which formulated into different doses were gavage according to the situation of experimental groups.Morphological and weight changes in mice were observed during the gavage period.After the gavage period,organ index in mice including liver to body ratio and fat coefficient,serum lipid levels and liver cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)content were determined.The results showed that the high dose of compound could reduce the level of TC and TG,increase the level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),reduce the level of TC and TG in mice liver.Therefore,the compound of natto lyophilized powder and red yeast powder can play a significantly effect in reducing lipid level in mice. |
