Human activities have initiated an unprecedented increase in the ecological pressure,leading to this environmental phosphorus release from agricultural,industrial and domestic wastewater,resulting in serious eutrophication water pollution problems.The wastewater phosphorus removal includes chemical flocculation precipitation and Biological phosphorus removal.Biological process depends on the phosphorus absorption capacity of bacteria and sludge discharge,but problems in the phosphorus release of cell and short cycle.Chemical precipitation regarded as a common and effective dephosphorization method is widely used in water treatment.However,which increase the quantity of sludge result in increasing the difficulty of subsequent treatment and seriously affecting the other biological processes.Recently,the study found that the chemical flocculant combined with biological phosphorus removal process has obvious synergistic effect,which provides novel approach for the efficient phosphorus removal.Therefore,this work explored the effects of electrolytic material parameters and chemical flocculants on the phosphorus removal process,which will help to enhance the optimization control of phosphorus removal in wastewater treatment.In this work,the effect of electrolysis on phosphorus in wastewater treatment was studied.The results showed that the treatment effect of aluminum electrode is better than that of iron electrode,and the removal rate of aluminum is about 30%higher than that of iron.Under the condition of the current size 0.2A,the electrolysis spacing 2cm and the electrolytic time 60 min,the final phosphorus removal rate was 97.8%,The concentration of phosphorus in effluent water was stable at 0.4mg·L-1,which was lower than the national standard for phosphorus emission(less than 0.5mg·L-1).Then examines the PAC,FeSO4,polymeric ferric sulfate and ferric chloride and polymeric aluminum sulfate,from this five kinds of chemical phosphorus removal reagent of phosphorus removal effect,The results of coagulation experiment showed that the pH of PAC,FeSO4,polymeric ferric sulfate,polymeric ferric chloride,and the five chemical phosphorus removal reagents' pH for the best treatment are 5,5,6,9 and 9 respectively.Then for five kinds of chemical phosphorus removal reagent of compound with the experimental results show that compared with the single phosphorus removal reagent,PAC,FeSO4,polymeric ferric sulfate,ferric chloride and polymeric aluminum sulfate five chemical phosphorus removal reagent distribution for the effect of phosphorus has a different degree of hints.Polymeric ferric sulfate and the combination of polymeric ferric chloride was not effective when used alone,when the combination with the condition of 1:1.Polymeric ferric sulfate and the combination of polymeric ferric chloride when concentration of 10mg·L-1phosphorus removal rate can reach more than 90%,and both acidic or alkaline conditions for phosphorus removal effect has no effect,reduce the use of chemicals,as well as improve the efficiency of phosphorus removal.
