Water as the source of life, all biological life activities and development are inseparable from it.The demand for water resources has increased and the amount of waste water has been greatly increased since the beginning of the 21st century, due to the rapid increase in population and the rapid development of cities and industries all over the world. At present, the world is still facing water shortage and pollution problems,of which the water pollution problem is more serious and needs to be solved urgently. In recent years, the wine industry in our country has witnessed rapid growth. If the discharged wastewater is directly discharged into rivers, lakes and other water bodies,it will cause more serious environmental pollution problems and even endanger human survival and safety. Therefore, the wastewater generated by the winery must be pretreated to meet the corresponding emission standards before discharge. The purpose of this study is to design a reasonable wastewater treatment process for Wenzhou Bowen Brewery Co.Ltd.and to carry out engineering design, economic analysis and effect evaluation on the selected process. Therefore, the main contents are divided into the following two parts:1.The wastewater of the Bowen winery was found to be a good biodegradable organic wastewater by on-site sampling analysis of the production process and quality and quantity of water. On this basis, the expanded granular sludge bed reactor(EGSB)-biological contact oxidation combination process was adopted to treat the the winery wastewater by reviewing the relevant wastewater treatment processes of the relevant winery and comparing the current domestic and foreign winery wastewater treatment technologies and processes.2.The design and calculation of the construction such as the adjustment tanks,EGSB reactors, biological contact oxidation reactors, sedimentation tanks and sludge pools were carried out after the EGSB-biological contact oxidation combination process was determined. In addition, the selection of equipments and pipelines, the layout of sewage treatment stations, the economic analysis of technologies, the drawing of process flow chart and the main structure of CAD were carried out. Finally, the actual analysis and evaluation of the actual operation of the sewage treatment station was carried out and the possible improvement measures were put forward. The results showed that the total COD removal rate of the wastewater was maintained between 80%and 90%after the EGSB-biological contact oxidation combination process. In addition, the COD concentration and the pH value of the effluent maintained at 210-340 mg/L and 7.75-8.12,respectively.The above results indicated that the treated sewage reached the required emission standards. The winery wastewater treatment program and design process have a reference significance for similar projects.
