In recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology in China and the steady economic growth,the state has paid more and more attention to the safety of production in various industries.Especially,the more dangerous industries such as coal mining.But for this kind of environmental protection device used in mines,if its performance can be improved,it will be meaningful to better protect state property and people’s safety.The purpose of this paper was to design a dual band gas detonation detection system,which includes two kinds of sensors,both ultraviolet and infrared.First,the principle of active suppression device and the classification of common detectors were introduced.The spectral characteristics of the flame in the infrared region and the spectral characteristics of the ultraviolet photodiode were analyzed,and the central wavelength of two detectors were determined,and the appropriate type of flame detector was selected.Secondly,the principle of optical imaging was studied,and an optical lens was designed.The working principle of the selected detector was deeply studied,and the hardware circuit was designed,including the drawing of the schematic diagram and the PCB diagram.Using the Solidworks to design the shell of the detection system,and the appearance of the three-dimensional image was drawn.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the processor in the current market were analyzed,the model of FPGA was selected,and the FIR bandpass filter is designed based on FPGA,and the simulation was carried out.Finally,the performance test of dual band gas explosion suppression detection system is carried out,including the testing of system power supply circuit,the testing of dust-proof monitoring sensor performance,the testing of ultraviolet flame detector detection distance and the testing of dual band gas explosion suppression system overall response time.
