ObjectiveWe Collected,summarized and sorted the meteorological data of Benxi City,Liaoning Province from year 2002 to 2015,used a series of statistical and mathematical analysis methods,the data of cancer death cases of residents in Benxi City from year 2003 to 2015 and the meteorological data of Benxi City from year 2014 to 2015 were collected,summarized and sorted out.To explore the distribution of air pollutant concentration and lung cancer mortality in Benxi city,and to study the relationship between atmospheric pollutant concentration and meteorological factors,the relationship between air pollutant concentration and lung cancer mortality.The latent period of lung cancer caused by atmospheric pollutants was calculated quantitatively in order to make the basis of pollution warning for the relevant departments,so that the population could get the time and condition to prevent lung cancer,and better protect the physical and mental health of the population.MethodsSPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the time trend and regional description of PM10 concentration in Benxi from year 2002 to 2015,and to explore the normality of each group of variables,to test the statistical differences by using the corresponding statistical methods.To describe the three distribution of lung cancer death level in Benxi city from 2003 to 2015,and to use chi-square test to verify the statistical significance of the difference,and to use SPSS 22.0 to test the concentration of air pollutants and the normality of lung cancer death per day.The correlation between the concentration of atmospheric pollutant(NO2、SO2、PM10)and the mortality rate of lung cancer in Benxi City from 2008 to 2015 was analyzed.A multivariate linear stepwise regression model was established to analyze the relationship between atmospheric pollutant concentration and meteorological factors in Benxi City.The test level is α =-0.05.The concentration of(NO2、SO2、PM10、PM2.5),which is the main air pollution in Benxi City in 2014-2015,is compared with that in non-heating period.The data are filled and sorted by Excel 2017,and calculated according to the principle of eliminating dimensions.The average annual concentration of NO2、SO2(2002-2015)and the annual mortality rate of lung cancer in Benxi City from year 2009 to 2015 were analyzed by grey correlation analysis,and the absolute and relative correlation degrees were calculated respectively.Comprehensive correlation degree.Quantitative calculation of the concentration of NO2、SO2 caused the incubation period of lung cancer in Benxi.ResultsAmong the three municipal districts of Benxi City(Mingshan District,Pingshan District,Xihu District),there were differences in the concentration of SO2、NO2、PM10.The air pollutants concentration in Xihu district was the highest in most years(excepr the year 2007).There were differences in spatial distribution of several kinds of air pollutants(χ2 values were 15.57,8.11,15.91),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality rate of lung cancer in Benxi City from 2003 to 2015 showed an overall upward trend,and decreased slightly in 2010.The three districts showed an increasing trend in the mortality rate of lung cancer in the whole period from 2003 to 2015,and decreased slightly in 2010.And the mortality of lung cancer in Xihu is higher than the other two,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality of lung cancer was significantly higher in male than in female in Benxi from 2003 to 2015.The annual mortality rate of lung cancer in different age groups was very low before 44 years old(including 44 years old)and began to rise rapidly after 45 years old.The age group of 75-84 reached a peak of(103.55/100000),and the 85 years old group was slightly lower than it.There was a significant positive correlation between the death of lung cancer and the concentration of SO2、NO2 in Benxi city.The correlation coefficients were 0.864 and 0.880.The correlation coefficients betwwen temperature and SO2、NO2、PM10、PM2.5 were-0.793,-0.507,-0.338,-0.379,the correlation coefficients between air relative humidity and SO2 and PM10 were-0.228 and-0.138 respectively,and the correlation coefficients between wind speed and NO2,PM10,PM2 5 concentration were-0.313,-0.176,-0.264.There was a positive correlation between the SO2 and NO2、PM10、PM2.5,The correlation coefficients were 0.764、0.662、0.624.The correlation coefficients between NO2 and PM10,PM2.5 were 0.678 and 0.689,respectively.The correlation coefficient between PM10 and PM2 5 was 0.840.The correlation coefficient between air relative humidity and temperature was 0.239.The correlation coefficient between air relative humidity and wind speed was-0.342.The above P values were all less than 0.05.The stepwise multivariate regression equations between the daily mean concentration of several pollutants(SO2、NO2、PM10、PM2.5)and the meteorological factors were:ySo2 = 86.373-0.723xtem-0.141Xs(F= 434.418,P<0.01),yNo2=67.307-0.485 Xtem-0.298 Xs(F1=175.99,P<0.01),yPM10=74.43-0.339Xtem-0.200Xs +0.154Xrh(F=52.786,P<0.01,yPM2.5=128.3-0.258Xtem-0.119Xs(F=32.184,P<0.01).The effect of atmospheric SO2 concentration on lung cancer mortality was greater than NO2 in Benxi;from 2005 to 2011.The SO2 concentration sequence had the greatest effect on lung cancer mortality in Benxi from 2009 to 2015,the grey correlation coefficient was 0.738.The NO2 concentration sequence from 2005 to 2011 had the greatest influence on the reference sequence of lung cancer mortality in Benxi city,and the grey correlation coefficient was 0.881,The incubation period of the both pollutants was 3 years.Conclusions1.There are differences in pollution in three municipal districts of Benxi,in which the pollution in Xihu District is the most serious,and the lung cancer mortality rate is the highest in this area.The mortality rate of lung cancer among male residents was higher than that of female,and the mortality rate of lung cancer increased gradually with the increase of age.The mortality rate of lung cancer of residents aged 75 to 84 years was the highest,and then decreased slightly.2.There was a correlation between the concentration of several major atmospheric pollutants(SO2,NO2)and lung cancer mortality in Benxi city.There is a positive correlation between several main air pollution(SO2,NO2,PM10,PM2.5)concentrations in Benxi city,and there is a correlation between meteorological factors(temperature,relative humidity,wind speed)and pollutant concentration.3.The concentrations of SO2 and NO2 in the atmosphere of Benxi were correlated with the mortality rate of lung cancer,and NO2 had a greater effect on lung cancer death than SO2,the latent of the two pollutants were both 3 years,which was a little shorter than that in other areas.
